Friday Night Amaal

• It is narrated to recite Salwat at least 100 times or as many as possible. Imam Jafer Sadiq a.s. said that the reciter will get the benefits equivalent to 1000 good jobs, his 1000 sins will be removed from his account and you will rise 1000 steps up. Its time starts from the Asr of Thursday to the entire Friday.
  Also narrated from Imam Jafer Sadiq a.s. that a number of Angels come down from the sky at Asr time on Thursday with golden pens and silver papers to only write down the salwat recited from Asr of Thursday to the entire Friday.
  
  
  
• Also recite the following as many times as possible.
  
  
  
• Shaikh Toosi r.a. said to recite Salwat 1000 times (or at least 100 times) in the evening of Thursday (or from Asr time of Thursday to the entire Friday) and the best wordings are as follows;
  
  
  
• Shaikh Toosi r.a. also narrated to recite the following Istaqfaar at the last part of Thursday;
  
  
  
• In the night of Tursday (that is Friday Night) recite following Surahsp;
  Surah Bani Israel
  Surah Kahaf
  Three Surahs which start with Taa-Seen
  Surah Sajda
  Surah Ya-Seen
  Surah Saad
  Surah Ahqaaf
  Surah Waqia
  Surah Ha-Meem-Sajda
  Surah Dukhan
  Surah Toor
  Surah Aqterbat
  Surah Juma
  
  
• Narrated from Imam Jafer Sadiq a.s. that the reciter of;
  Surah Bani Israel will get the honor before his death to see Imam Mehdi a.s. and he will be one of the companions of Imam Mehdi a.s.
  Surah Kahaf will be treated as martyred person and he will be with shaheed persons.
  Surahs which start with Ta-Seen will be a friend of Allah j.j. He will never be poor but get a lot of money. In paradise he will recieve the benefits more than his thoughts and finally Allah j.j. will award him 100 Hoor as his wives.
  Surah Sajda will be treated easily in the final judgement day.
  Surah Ahqaf will never be afraid of any one in this world.
  Surah Waqia will be the friend of Allah j.j. and Imam Ali a.s. He will be saved from all evils and never be a poor person. This Surah is related with Imam Ali a.s.
• Narrated from Imam Muhammad Baqar a.s. that the reciter of Surah Saad will be in Paradise and get the rights equivalent to a Prophet or the closest Angel. He may ask the mercy of Allah j.j for his family or even for his slave/servant who does not belong to his family.

Friday Night Prays

• Offer Pray of Imam Ali a.s.
• Offer two rakaat pray where in each rakat recite Surah Fateha one time and Surah Zalzaal 15 times. It is narrated that the person performing this pray will be saved from the dangerous events/situations of grave and the final Judgement day and he will be in rest.
• It is better to recite Surah Juma in the first rakat of Maghrib pray after Surah Fateha.
• It is also better to recite Surah Juma in the first rakat of Isha pray after Surah Fateha, while recite Sura Aala in second rakat of Isha pray after Surah Fateha.
